In 1994, after finishing his degree in Economics, he joined the Audit Division of Coopers & Lybrand, Lda (Porto), today PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he stayed for 4 years.
In 1998 he opted for business management projects, starting as Financial Director and Administrator in companies in the sectors of Real Estate and Textile Promotion, with special focus on the central region of the country, where he acquired extensive experience in asset management and company recovery.
In 2015 he joined Causa & Feito, with the responsibility of developing the Business Broker network.
Since 2005 he has been a member of the Fiscal Council of Caixa de Crédito Agrícola Mútuo da Beira Centro, CRL, headquartered in Arganil.

Academic education:

• 1989-1994: Degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Coimbra
• 2009-2010: International MBA from Católica Porto Business School, in partnership with ESADE Barcelona
